INGREDIENTS
1 red pepper
2 green peppers
1 small onion
6 ripe tomatoes
2 chicken breasts
Olive oil
Salt
Sugar
DIRECTIONS
1- Chop the vegetables in small
pieces
2- Fry the red and green peppers and
the onion with olive oil at low fire
3- Add the tomatoes and continue
frying
4- Season the mixture of vegetables
with salt and add a little bit of sugar to remove the acidity of the tomatoes
5- Fry the chicken breasts and add
to the vegetables mixture.
