Cupcakes


INGREDIENTS

200 gr of flour
180 gr of sugar
3 eggs
100 ml of milk
1 packet of yest
A peel of lemon

DIRECTIONS

1. Separate the eggs yolk from the eggs white, and whip the egg whites until light.


2. Mix all the ingredients


3. Fill the receptacles of the cupcakes


4. Preheat the oven at 200ºC for 15 minutes and then put the cupcakes into the oven at 200ºC for 15 minutes
5. Finally take out the cupcakes from the oven, this will be the finall look of the cupcakes:

Puff pastry biscuits with chocolate


INGREDIENTS

Puff pastry
75gr of dark chocolate
Sugar
90gr of butter

DIRECTIONS

1. Defrost a sheet of puff pastry


2. Throw a little bit of sugar on all the puff pastry sheet


3. Roll the both sides of the puff pastry sheet


4. Cut the puff pastry in order to make the final form of our biscuits


5. Preheat the oven at 220ºC for 15min

6. Put the biscuits in the oven at 220ºC for 10-15min


7. Melt the dark chocolate with the butter in the microwave


8. Take out the biscuits from the oven


9. Cover the biscuits with the chocolate, as much as you want

10. Let it get colder outside the refrigerator

Anchovies with vinegar



INGREDIENTS

Anchovies
Vinegar
Salt
Olive oil
Garlic
Pepper
Parsley

DIRECTIONS

1. Freeze the anchovies in the freezer for 48 hours at -18˚C.
2. Defrost the anchovies in the refrigerator.
3. Put off the head, guts and the fish-bone of the anchovies.




4. Put the anchovies in a huge bowl and cover them with vinegar and a soup spoon of salt. The salt is very important because the vinegar can break the anchovies, and the salt avoids this problem.



5. Put the anchovies for 12 hours in the refrigerator.
6. Drain the anchovies.



7. Mix the garlic, pepper and parsley like this:



8. Put the anchovies in a recipe making shapes, and in every shape put a little bit of the mix (garlic, pepper and parsley).

9. Cover the anchovies with olive oil.


10. Put in a refrigerator for a few hours, in order to serve it cold.

Coulants

 
INGREDIENTS 
(For 12 coulants)
5 eggs
130gr of flour
 250gr of dark chocolate
50gr of sugar
300gr of butter

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat the oven at 225ºC

2. Grease the 12 molds with butter

3. Melt the dark chocolate with the butter in the microwave.

4. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl: the sugar, flour, melted chocolate, eggs.
 
 

 
5. Fill the molds with the mixure.

6. Put inside oven about 6 minutes, until the top is just done. Be carefull not to overcook.

7. Take out from the oven and unmold. Be careful, it's HOT.


*Tip: You can serve it with vainille ice-cream.
