Apricot cake

INGREDIENTS
1 puff pastry
1 jar of apricot mermelade
20gr of brown sugar


DIRECTIONS

1. Unroll the puff pastry and place it in a big and circular mold.

2. Spread the apricot mermelade on the puff pastry. 

3. Pre-heat the oven at 200ºC. Place the cake in the oven and let it cook for 15 minutes.

4. Remove the cake from the oven and decorate with brown sugar as you prefer. 

* Tip: You can replace brown sugar for cherries or other fruits.

** Tip 2: Instead of apricot mermelade, you can use your fauvorite mermelade.

Salad of rice

INGREDIENTS
1kg of white rice
50 gr of aspargus
1tin of olives
3 eggs
50gr of carrots
Oil/salt/pepper




DIRECTIONS

1. First of all, cut the aspargus in small pieces. Then place them in a pan with hot oil and fry for 10-15 minutes. When it is cooked, place them in a dish and let it cool.

2. Place the three eggs in a cooker with water and boil them. Remove the shells of the eggs and cut them into small pieces. Place the pieces in another dish.

3. Cut the carrots and fry them in a pan with hot oil for 5-10 minutes.  Place them in another dish when it's cooked.

4. Cut  the olives in half and place them in a dish. 

5. Finally, put water, salt and oil in a cooker. When it boils, add the rice and let it boil for 15-20 minutes. Place the rice in a large bowl.

6. Add all the ingredients into the large bowl and stir it. Add olive oil and serve cold or template.
