Spanish dessert: Natillas

INGREDIENTS

2l of milk
2 packets of custard powder
1 packet of chocolate powder
Sugar
Marie biscuits

DIRECTIONS

1. Cover the bottom of a recipient with the Marie biscuits. Like this:

2. Of 1L of milk, pull apart a small bowl, and throw the rest of the liter in a pot, with 5 soup spoons of sugar.

3. Throw the two packets of custard powder in the bowl of milk, and mix it fast to dissolve it. It will be our vanilla.

4. In another pot, throw the other liter of milk, but using a glass. For each glass of milk you throw in the pot, throw 3 soup spoons of chocolate powder and mix it.

5. Heat the pot of milk with sugar at high power, and the pot of chocolate at medium power. Do not stop mixing the chocolate.
When the milk starts to boil, throw the vanilla into the pot, and mix fast. When it gets thicken, throw it into the recipient with the Marie biscuits.

6. When the chocolate gets thicken, throw it into the recipient, and then let it for a half hour in order to get it colder. Then, put in a refrigerator for two or three hours.

This is the final look:

Enjoy it!

Homemade cake

INGREDIENTS

A peel of lemon
3 eggs
1 natural yogurt
2 measures* of sugar
½ measures of oil
1 packet of yeast
3 measures of flour

Tip: *You can use a yogurt container as a measure

DIRECTIONS

1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl. I recommend you to follow the same order as the list of the ingredients, and mix with a blender every ingredient that you put in the bowl. For example: put the eggs in the bowl and whisk it, then put the yogurt and mix whit the blender, and do the same with all the ingredients. Doing it, you will get a more soft mix.

2. Put the mix in an appropriate recipient for the oven. I’ll use a square recipient, but you can use whatever recipient you have at home.

3. Put in the oven at 180˚C in the below position ,and wait until the mix rises. Then put the oven in the above and below position for a few minutes.
The cake will have this look:

Finally you can serve or add some extras as you want. For example I have covered it with sugar glass, and I have cut the cake in the middle and I added some fruit comfiture. (It looks delicious but it also tastes great!)

And this is the final look of my cake:

Enjoy it!
