Cake of three chocolates

INGREDIENTS
For a mold of 24 cm
1 box of biscuits
150gr of white chocolate
150gr of milk chocolate
150 gr of black chocolate
750ml of whipping cream
750ml of milk
3 boxes of curd
150gr of sugar
60 gr of butter

DIRECTIONS
1. Crush the biscuits and add the butter melted before you put into the microwave. After you add into the mold, it has to be a little bit big.

2. If you want to use different types of chocolate, you can melt the black chocolate first. Put into a large bowl 150gr of black chocolate, one box of curd, 250ml of milk, 75gr of sugar and 250 ml of whipping cream. You have to remove until you have a great cream. After you add into the mold, where the biscuits are placed. You will have to wait until you get the correct temperature.

3. Then, it's the turn of white chocolate. Put into a pot 150gr of white chocolate, one box of curd, 250ml of milk and 250 ml of whipping cream. You do the same as with the other chocolate, you add into the mold when it is a consistent cream.

4. Finally, it's the turn of the milk chocolate. Put into a pot 150gr of milk chocolate, one box of curd, 250ml of milk, 75gr of sugar and 250 ml of whipping cream. As it is the last step, you can put some decorations as hearts of sugar or small pieces of chocolate.

Homemade cake

INGREDIENTS

A peel of lemon
3 eggs
1 natural yogurt
2 measures* of sugar
½ measures of oil
1 packet of yeast
3 measures of flour

Tip: *You can use a yogurt container as a measure

DIRECTIONS

1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl. I recommend you to follow the same order as the list of the ingredients, and mix with a blender every ingredient that you put in the bowl. For example: put the eggs in the bowl and whisk it, then put the yogurt and mix whit the blender, and do the same with all the ingredients. Doing it, you will get a more soft mix.

2. Put the mix in an appropriate recipient for the oven. I’ll use a square recipient, but you can use whatever recipient you have at home.

3. Put in the oven at 180˚C in the below position ,and wait until the mix rises. Then put the oven in the above and below position for a few minutes.
The cake will have this look:

Finally you can serve or add some extras as you want. For example I have covered it with sugar glass, and I have cut the cake in the middle and I added some fruit comfiture. (It looks delicious but it also tastes great!)

And this is the final look of my cake:

Enjoy it!
