Chocolate milkshake

INGREDIENTS

2 ice cream balls for each person
Milk
Sugar

DIRECTIONS

1. Put the ice cream and cover it with milk in a receptacle


2. Mix it with a mixer

3. Server it cold and add as much sugar as you want. I’d recommend you only one teaspoon because the ice cream is actually very sweet.

Vegetables mixture with chicken

INGREDIENTS

1 red pepper
2 green peppers
1 small onion
6 ripe tomatoes
2 chicken breasts
Olive oil
Salt
Sugar




DIRECTIONS

1- Chop the vegetables in small pieces

2- Fry the red and green peppers and the onion with olive oil at low fire

3- Add the tomatoes and continue frying

4- Season the mixture of vegetables with salt and add a little bit of sugar to remove the acidity of the tomatoes

5- Fry the chicken breasts and add to the vegetables mixture.

Truffles

INGREDIENTS:

 400gr. condensed milk
 300gr. Chocolate
 Butter
 Crushed cookie - one packet
2 spoons of instant coffee

DIRECTIONS:

1. Melt the chocolate and a little bit of butter in a bowl and put into the oven. 


2. Then, put the crushed cookie, two spoons of instant coffee and the condensed milk to have a great cream. Put into the fridge, so you can make easier the truffles. 
3. When the mix gets colder, remove it from the refrigerator, take a small part and make a ball.
4. Do it with all the mix and then you can decorate them, but think that you have to put into the fridge before eat it!!! Have a nice day!!

Quiche with anchovies

INGREDIENTS
100gr. goat cheese
1 puff pastry
100gr. cheese semi
7 anchovies
250 gr. cream 
2 eggs
Grated
pepper

DIRECTIONS 
 
1. Put the eggs, cream and pepper in a bowl . Mix all until it has a good resistence.
 
2. Prepare the puff pastry on a mold and put on the oven,
 
3. After this, insert the mixed into the puff pastry. Above you put the different types of cheese and the anchovies. 
 
4. Finally cook the quiche in the oven about 30 minutes in 180°. 
 
5. Take it out and... Enjoy!!

Cake in a mug

INGREDIENTS
3 spoons of flour
10 gr of butter
1 tablet of chocolate
1 egg


DIRECTIONS

1. Whislk the egg and mix with the flour in a large bowl.

2. Melt the chocolate with the butter in the microwave.

3. Mix all the ingredients in the large bowl and cook in the microwave for 4 minutes.

4. Beware! The large bowl is really hot. Leave it cold and eat.

Fast puff pastry cookies

INGREDIENTS
1 puff pastry
1 pot of orange mermelade
30gr of brown sugar


DIRECTIONS

1. Unroll the puff pastry

2. Cut the pastry into round pieces

3. Fill the pieces with a tea spoon of mermelade

4. Cover the pieces of puff pastry with other circles

5. Preheat the oven at 200º and cook the cookies for 15 min

Omelette with zucchini

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
1 zucchini
1 onion
Salt & Oil

 

DIRECTIONS

1. Place the eggs in a large bowl and whisk them. Add salt.

2. Cut the zucchini and the onions into small pieces. Fry them all in a pan with hot oil.

3. Add the whisked eggs into the pan. When it is cooked, turn the omelette and cook the other part of the omelette.

Cupcakes


INGREDIENTS

200 gr of flour
180 gr of sugar
3 eggs
100 ml of milk
1 packet of yest
A peel of lemon

DIRECTIONS

1. Separate the eggs yolk from the eggs white, and whip the egg whites until light.


2. Mix all the ingredients


3. Fill the receptacles of the cupcakes


4. Preheat the oven at 200ºC for 15 minutes and then put the cupcakes into the oven at 200ºC for 15 minutes
5. Finally take out the cupcakes from the oven, this will be the finall look of the cupcakes:

Puff pastry biscuits with chocolate


INGREDIENTS

Puff pastry
75gr of dark chocolate
Sugar
90gr of butter

DIRECTIONS

1. Defrost a sheet of puff pastry


2. Throw a little bit of sugar on all the puff pastry sheet


3. Roll the both sides of the puff pastry sheet


4. Cut the puff pastry in order to make the final form of our biscuits


5. Preheat the oven at 220ºC for 15min

6. Put the biscuits in the oven at 220ºC for 10-15min


7. Melt the dark chocolate with the butter in the microwave


8. Take out the biscuits from the oven


9. Cover the biscuits with the chocolate, as much as you want

10. Let it get colder outside the refrigerator

Anchovies with vinegar



INGREDIENTS

Anchovies
Vinegar
Salt
Olive oil
Garlic
Pepper
Parsley

DIRECTIONS

1. Freeze the anchovies in the freezer for 48 hours at -18˚C.
2. Defrost the anchovies in the refrigerator.
3. Put off the head, guts and the fish-bone of the anchovies.




4. Put the anchovies in a huge bowl and cover them with vinegar and a soup spoon of salt. The salt is very important because the vinegar can break the anchovies, and the salt avoids this problem.



5. Put the anchovies for 12 hours in the refrigerator.
6. Drain the anchovies.



7. Mix the garlic, pepper and parsley like this:



8. Put the anchovies in a recipe making shapes, and in every shape put a little bit of the mix (garlic, pepper and parsley).

9. Cover the anchovies with olive oil.


10. Put in a refrigerator for a few hours, in order to serve it cold.
